Team Lead (Java)

Bright Pattern is looking for a Team Lead (Java). Bright Pattern US is the highest-rated omnichannel contact center platform with the fastest time to deploy in the industry. We are the only company in the industry providing a mobile app, Bright Pattern Mobile, that enables customers to connect with any employee across any channel via their mobile device. Tech stack: Java 11, Maria DB, Mongo DB, Redis, Gradle Responsibilities: Manage a team of Java developers working on several projects in a product release Manage and improve development processes, including code reviews, testing and support. Identify areas for improvement in the development process, propose improvements, implement and track the improvements Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team Requirements: Extensive experience (5+ years) in Java development, including proficiency in Java frameworks and libraries. Strong leadership and team management skills Proven experience in managing development processes, including code reviews and continuous integration. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical challenges.
