Product Designer (UX/UI)

Role Overview: As a Product Designer, you'll play a crucial role in revolutionizing the construction industry. Your responsibilities will include creating intuitive UX/UI designs for our client's specialized SaaS platform. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and GIS engineers, will be integral to your success. Key Responsibilities: Develop intuitive UX/UI designs for the client's SaaS platform, tailored to meet the unique needs of the construction sector in the USA. Design user interfaces for complex and unconventional solutions, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives. Actively participate in the product development lifecycle, collaborating closely with various teams to seamlessly integrate design elements. Conduct quantitative and qualitative research in English to gather insights and inform design decisions. Organize and execute usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness and user-friendliness of our SaaS platform's UX/UI designs. Candidate Requirements: Minimum of 4 years' experience in UX/UI design, preferably within the SaaS or construction industry. Proficiency in data-driven design methodologies, leveraging analytical insights to guide design decisions. Demonstrated ability to design complex and non-standard products, effectively balancing business intricacies and user preferences. Expertise in design tools such as Adobe CC, Sketch, Figma, etc., to create visually compelling interfaces. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
