Client & Mission Our client is a rapidly expanding western company specializing in EPC / turn-key solutions in the Logistics sector. Their fast extension in Russia and abroad (Middle East, India) leads them to create a new position of Head of HR. Therefore, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced profile able to build and lead the HR function within the organization, including team, processes, policies, culture, etc. The Role Establish HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. This includes workforce planning, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance. Build HR Function: Create and lead the HR department from the ground up, including designing organizational structures, developing policies and procedures, and establishing HR processes to support the company's expansion plans. Recruitment and Staffing: Oversee full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent across various departments and locations. This involves partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, conducting interviews, and implementing effective recruitment strategies. Employee Development and Training: Design and implement employee development programs to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth. Identify training needs, coordinate training initiatives, and provide support for career development opportunities. Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor and resource for employees and management on HR-related matters. Address employee concerns, facilitate conflict resolution, and promote a positive and inclusive work environment. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes to assess employee performance, provide feedback, and support career progression. Ensure alignment with company objectives and values. Compliance and Legal Requirements: Stay abreast of relevant labor laws and regulations in the regions of operation. Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant and mitigate legal risks. HR Metrics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track HR effectiveness and measure the impact of HR initiatives. Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management.
