Business analyst

We are a team of business analysts in the Technical Support department. We are looking for someone who would: Maintain and update instructions; Interact with related departments (RnD, information security, etc.) to align work processes, prepare training materials for engineers on processes and support tools; Participate in projects to develop and improve business processes, collect and describe business requirements to participate in systems improvement. Our position involves approximately 50/50 analytics and communication with people. Hiring requirement: High school diploma or equivalent (most desirable in IT, management or business informatics); At least 1-year Experience as business analyst (IT, digital, Customer service) or a technical support engineer (IT, digital); Fluency in Russian written and spoken; English language proficiency no lower than Upper Intermediate (writing skills in English, correspondence, videoconferences with native speakers, etc.). Skills required: Critical thinking and ability to understand and analyze problems and find solutions; Multitasking and ability to establish priorities; Experience in documentation preparation (instructions, procedures); Profound proficiency in Excel (summary tables, common functions, ability to work with a large array of data); Ability to present information graphically (experience in Visio is a plus); Experience in CRM deployment is most desirable; Knowledge of Jira and Confluence is desirable; Knowledge of notations for process modeling (BPMN in particular); ITIL knowledge most desirable; SQL knowledge is a plus.
