BTL Team lead

Plan and execute BTL projects with respect to Events (roadshow, exhibition, conference, seminar), Promotions, Activations, Brand plcement, Influencers and other BTL activities 1) Roles and Responsibilities : Lead creative production, performance and partner communication, while ensuring high-quality and impactful deliverables : Exprience leading communications and oversee the development of BTL projects across various channels : Execute our value proposition effectively in all communication efforts, aligning messaging with our brand identity and strategic objectives. : Ensure consistent adherence to brand guidelines and tone of voice across all touchpoints aiming right target audience : Set up strong network of vendors, agencies for various activities : Evaluate and evolve brand exerience strategies and tactics in response to market dynamics, consumer behaviours, and business goals. : Think outside the box and develop unique brand communication strategies that resonate with target audiences : Have analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze market dynamics, consumer behaviour, business goals to continuously evolve business : Manage and oversee the planning and execution of events, activations in online and offiline. 2) Team lead qualifications : Set up a business goal, lead and mentor team members, provide guidance, support and develop opportunities to foster their growth and success : Collaborate with other departments and with external agencies and build thought leadership and relationship with clients : Bring the clients and customers voices into the team by ensuring that feedback is effectively heard and integrated into our brand experience tasks. 3) Expriences : Proven experiences (+3 years) in Brand Experience management and leadership, overall 10+ year experiences with a track of record of successfully leading projects, such as experiential, creative, PPL, influencer marketing, event planning and execution. : Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities, with a proven tract of record of effectively developing teams of brand exeprience 4) Skills : Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written as well as powerpoint presentation : More than Mid-high English level Only English CVs are considered!
