SMM Manager (Nepal)

Your responsibilities: Design and deliver creative and engaging social media strategies for online project. Organize, source, and strategically reuse good content, handling all brand social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Telegram and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels and audiences. Develop static and video content in collaboration with designers team using Asana platform – 30% of time. Find and post relevant memes trending in Bangladesh, ensuring viral reach on selected social platform - 20% of time. Develop and approve promo mechanics (giveaways, contests): convey and track results. Prepare and approve weekly content plan. Keep an eye on social media trends, proactively suggest the relevant ones. Analyze customer expectations according to past social media activity, suggest working types of content and engaging mechanics. Engage with followers, moderate feedback. Requirements: Nepali language must be C2 or native, English B2 and higher. Creativity in strategy and assets development. Marketing expertise. Passion for sport. Basic knowledge of Google Doc, Google Sheets, MS Outlook, Photoshop, Figma, videoredactors (CapCut, InShot, etc). We offer: Remote work or comfortable office. Salary is discussed.
