SAP Integrated Business Planning Project manager The opportunity We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our commercial team as the Integrated Business Planning lead. This strategic role will focus on driving planning initiatives within the framework of Integrated Business Planning, ensuring alignment with Teva’s objectives and fostering cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will be a change management expert with a proven track record in implementing business planning (S&OP, Financial) technologies to optimize commercial processes. Lead the implementation of planning process within an Integrated Business Planning framework. Drive the transformation of commercial, financial and supply chain processes through the effective utilization of SAP IBP & SAC Planning tools Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate demand to revenue planning activities with other business functions, fostering a cohesive and strategic approach Collaborate with the regional and global project team Develop and implement change management strategies at the cluster level, to ensure successful adoption of state of the art planning processes Provide leadership and guidance to the cluster commercial, financial and supply chain team Your experience and qualifications 5 years in a project management/leadership position. Proven track record in leading business transformation initiatives, with a focus on Integrated Business Planning Extensive experience in change management, with the ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Strong expertise in business planning technologies and their application in financial planning processes, preferably based on SAP tools. Demonstrated ability to drive results, manage complex projects, and adapt to evolving business requirements.
