The company’s current portfolio includes events dedicated to oil & gas (PRC Europe, AUTOMA, LNGCON & more) as well as healthcare & pharmaceuticals (AUTOMA Health, PHARMAP).Due to the launch of new company projects, we are opening a vacancy of a Sales Manager with strong English and Russian communication skills. In BGS Group we depart from the traditional understanding of “sales” and starting from the first days of work everyone in our team can successfully lead negotiations in English withC-level representatives of key international companies thanks to strong mentoring and results orientation.We are open to considering candidates without work experience. CONDITIONS: Everyday English speaking practice; Regular wage with high commission:approximate income is ₽ 90 000 - 120 000. Opportunity to directly influenceyour salary. The best managers get more than ₽ 150 000; Opportunity to get promoted up to the senior sales manager in 3 months (transparent system of career development); Office in the city centre; Supportive management + friendly & result-oriented team; Sales training at the European level; Official employment; Work hours: Mon – Fri 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM or 10.00 AM – 7.00 PM; Business trips abroad (Italy, Germany, The Netherlands etc.) fully paid by company; Annual reward for fulfilment of sales plans with the bonuses (up to ₽ 100 000); Opportunity to meet & interact with market leaders at the events. DUTIES: Daily phone negotiations in English with industry leaders (Shell, Gazprom, Novatek, Rosneft, ABB, etc.); Make “cold calls” and establish relationships to build your book of business; Implementation of the sales plan and compliance with daily KPIs; Provide proactive and honest communication, internally and externally; Client management before, during and after the event.
