Retention agent (FRENCH/ENGLISH SPEAKING) Forex trading company

Responsibilities: Engage with potential clients via phone, email, or live chat to understand their needs and goals. (We provide you with the client base); Provide personalized guidance and support to leads throughout the account opening process, including assisting with documentation and account verification; Proactively follow up with leads to address any questions or concerns they may have and provide additional information as needed; Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to attract and convert leads into active traders; Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system; Meet or exceed individual and team targets for lead conversion and trading volumes. Requirements: Fluent in French or in English; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Passion for finance and helping others succeed; Previous experience in client retention or account management is a huge benefit.
