Региональный визуальный мерчандайзер (Fashion retail)

Main duties: Managing Company visual strategies of Twinset retail presentation in Russian market – 10 stores (Moscow and Saint Petersburg, boutiques and outlets); Visual representation of the product and product coordination in retail stores including windows; Leading seasonal campaigns representation according to Company standards and guidelines; Managing retail communication materials and POS; Working with suppliers, coordinating all necessary equipment and decoration according to Company marketing calendar and activities; Conducting trainings for stores teams; Working actively in a team with Buying and Marketing Depts (Russia) and VM department in HQ (Italy); Managing VM organization during stores new openings; Analytics and reporting; Reporting to GM. Requirements: Ability to manage successfully retail chain of 10 stores (Moscow boutiques and outlets); Proven experience in visual merchandizing in fashion brands; Proficiency in MS Office; Excellent facilitator and inspirer with deep knowledge of fashion and trends and strong management and organizational skills; Deep understanding of premium fashion trends and brands DNA; Good knowledge of English; Team-player.
