LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE FAMILY OFFICE IN CYPRUS SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS 5+ years experience within a similar role. Fluency in spoken and written English. Proficiency in office work programs, particularly - the Google software package is required (knowledge of Google Calendar is a must). Willingness to relocate to Cyprus and ability to travel globally. Quick-thinking, excellent organizational skills, the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with attention to details. Willingness to work additional hours if there is a necessity. Unconditional loyalty to the founder of the company and to his family members. Valid Schengen and/ or US visas will be a great advantage. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Performing the full range of the administrative and lifestyle support of the company founder andfamily members. Managing founder's extensive schedule, meetings and calls with many participants located in different time zones. Organizing and conducting business and private trips for founder, his family and staff (arranging visas and different types of transportation including private jets and yachts, accommodation and restaurants, business events and entertainment as required). Maintaining a record of personal documents (passports, insurances, vehicle and real estate certificates) and ensuring their renewal upon expiration. Overseeing the maintenance and refurbishment of family real estate, supervising home staff members (maids, cooks, nannies, gardeners, drivers, bodyguards) and service providers on their duties performance. SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE PROVIDED WITH: Relocation to Cyprus (full package, including accommodation and visa support). Official employment in compliance with Cyprus laws. Salary above average market rates (ranging from 4500 EUR per month) and social benefits. Сorporate SIM-card and laptop for work.
