IT Product manager (SAP HCM)

Responsibilities: Analysis of the hr requirements; Playing a leading role in the analysis and designing activities of the hr CR’s & projects; Acting as a technical consultant in the related projects and business requirements , setting the quality and technical standards; After the implementation, serving for the needs of maintenance and support , especially Payroll local specifications; Integration with other applications (e.g. sap fi/co); Creation of technical documentation; Assistance with training the administrators and users of developed applications. Requirements: University degree from engineering, management or a similar discipline; At least 3-5 years experience in hr sap ru applications including py and pa, pt; Knowledge about abap programming is a plus; Excellent command of English, German is an asset; Excellent interpersonal skills, highly self-motivation; No restriction to travel.
