IT Country Manager / Head of Information Technology / PMO (FMCG - Consumer Goods)

The Role: ⁠Lead IT localization efforts to align with business objectives. Ensure accountability for delivering technology solutions that support business goals. Maintain stakeholder relationships for IT-business alignment. ⁠Manage local IT operations, budgets, and contracts in line with global standards. Coordinate end-user support and ensure adherence to support models. Act as the local liaison for sharing business requirements with Global and Regional teams. ⁠Support the implementation of new functionality for local business benefit. Represent IT in business management committees and communicate strategy to the IT community. Coordinate local IT activities with global teams and establish industry-standard procedures. ⁠Conduct audits of IT infrastructure to comply with relevant legislation. Monitor local and global legislation to meet requirements and obligations. The Candidate: Higher education in IT or other related direction 5+ years in a similar role, ideally in a western company Project management skills Hands-on approach with strategical thinking Good communication and leadership skills English
