Investment analyst in PE fund

Requirements: • Finance/economic degree from a reputable state university• Experience (full time) in an investment bank/investment fund/Big4 company• Advanced user of MS Office programs (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)• Strong communication skills• Ability to deal with multiple tasks• Fluent English Principal duties include: • Search and analysis of objects for new investment opportunities• Financial modeling• Valuation of business and financial assets• Preparation of analytical materials, presentations, teasers, investment memoranda, business plans• Participation in structuring and closing of M&A transactions• Participation in asset management of the portfolio companies operating in different sectors Compensation: • Fully competitive compensation
