ApprovalMax develops solutions for finance and accounting automation. We are operating out of Germany, Russia and UK, selling our products to the English-speaking markets worldwide. The cloud workflow system ApprovalMax provides multi-step and multi-role approvals for any business. Coupled with Xero, it enables a flexible definition of approval authorisation levels and automation of approval processes for finance and accounting. ApprovalMax ensures better process control and fosters compliance and audit readiness. To strengthen our execution, we are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to sell our award-winning software solution and build relationships with end users and accounting partners. Job Responsibilities: First priority is to ensure revenue goal attainment. Follow up and qualify all leads generated from marketing activities. Promote the sales ApprovalMax’ products through direct solicitation via telephone. Use furnished list of contacts and follow an established sales transcript to inform customers of ApprovalMax’ products and services. Place outbound calls to solicit sales. Prospect and close product orders via channel partners. Work closely with Partner Sales Manager to strategically generate new and existing accounts. Required Skills: A self starter who can work well on his own and as part of a team. An eye for detail and ability to quickly learn new procedures. 3+ years of successful telesales experience in software and / or hardware industry preferred. Demonstrate successful inside sales track record and accomplishments (results). Excellent communication, presentation and follow-through skills. Technical knowledge of IT and business software systems. Excellent English language skills in writing and speaking. Ability to conduct sales conversations in English.
