Commercial Operations Specialist

В международной фармацевтической компании открыта вакансия Commercial Operations Specialist. Main Responsibilities: Review department’s operations, propose improvement and implement them. Control day-to-day operations; react to the upcoming requests. Maintain effective partnership with internal and external stakeholders; maintain all required stakeholder updated and engaged to execute over objective efficiently. Coordinates with different functions to achieve optimal work productivity. Ensure accurate and compliant financial operations related to CIS commercial department. Analyze data and use it to create reports on credit notes and other bonuses, supply, and sales analytics. Create and maintain a variety of documents, including project status reports, financial and commercial documentation; manage contracts and ensure proper documentation and approval flow compliance. Ensure high quality accuracy of workflow and reporting. Lead operational projects; track project schedules and make sure that projects are being completed on time. Ensure that operations are in financial and legal compliance with local and German regulations. Key Requirements: Postgraduate degree in business, finance, project management or a related field. Prior experience in a similar role (sales, commercial and business operations; finance; business practice). Proven organizational skills, including time management. Strong project management experience; ability to manage complexities. Excellent analytical skills and extreme attention to detail. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel; easy adopting to the new systems. Well-developed stakeholder management capabilities. Strong problem-solving skills. High self-initiative with the ability to work well under pressure. Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate efficiently with above market colleagues. Able to work effectively with limited supervision.
