Role description: You will work collaboratively with Global HQ and across a variety of functions with global & local colleagues from Marketing, Product, Retail & eCommerce, PR, etc. This position requires consumer empathy, strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and attention to details & deadlines. You should be capable to orchestrate multifunctional teams that are not reporting you but contribute to your end goal. Good knowledge of creative development process (both locally from scratch & adaption of global materials) & go-to-market strategy execution experience would be a huge plus. MAIN FUNCTIONS: Execute brand strategy in light of the business objectives (Budget and DF), the Russia market context and the global brand guidelines Lead cross-functional teams (media, SMM, PR, in-store, events, etc.) in delivering those campaigns Lead creative adaptation and localization of the global creative materials, as well as creative development of local materials (where it is relevant and aligned with the global Marketing Team): ATL, in-store communication and other formats Select and manage creative and production agencies Lead consumer research to uncover actionable insights about consumers and translate them into the marketing strategy Manage marketing communication budget: media, creative adaptation and development, market research MAIN SKILLS AND COMPENETCIES: 3 years of brand management experience within a multinational FMCG company with strong brand-management culture Should be obsessed about consumer understanding: needs, insights, trends. Strong empathy. Good knowledge of various methods of consumer research Self-organized. Superior project-management skills - to effectively lead the planning and execution of cross-functional marketing campaigns and cross-functional teams (creative, media, SMM, PR, in-store, events, agencies) Strong creative development skills: briefing and de-briefing creative agencies. Equally comfortable leading the creative localization as well as creative development from scratch Strong presentation skills. Clear communication.
