Assistant to CEO (IT)

Hi, I'm Andrew! I run IT outsourcing company in Russia and launching an AI-based product targeting global market. I need some help with routine tasks, to free up my time for business development. If you are a focused person with firm discipline and attention to detail, it's your chance. I am willing to teach you business specifics, management and whatever you will need to succeed in the PA role. WHAT TO EXPECT: Calendar management, planning, scheduling calls and appointments, including travel support Intense management of personal and business contacts via Email, LinkedIn, follow-up messaging, outreach set up and automation Finding and hiring service providers, freelancers and contractors, basic control over them Basic data collection and analytics - markets, competitors, products, countries, etc. Other business-specific tasks Minor personal tasks MUST-HAVES: Native or bilingual Russian language with strong communication skills English B2 or higher is a must. Excellent writing too. High availability via mobile, messengers during business hours Strong self-organisation and self-management skills Positive attitude! NICE-TO-HAVES: Understanding of general business etiquette and business administration You are interested in IT, AI, startups, business in general You are experienced user of LinkedIn, SalesNavigator You also speak Spanish, reside in Spain or plan to relocate to Spain This role is good for: last year students and recent graduates of any major, who wants to contribute to a real business and learn from it assistants, who wants to try themselves in the IT and understand Data/AI industry experienced assistants, who wants to switch to management CONDITIONS: 3 months probational period 100% remote work, your workload will start with 2-4 hours a day, increasing after Payments in EUR, RUB, AMD HOW TO PROCEED: Apply and fill a short questionnaire (5 min) Complete simple test assignment (15 min) Attend interview (30 min)
